T
he Jumex Collection is one of the most important private collections of contemporary art in Latin America. Today it has more than 1400 pieces from Mexican and international artists. Within this collection you can find representative contemporary artists like Douglas Gordon, Francis Alvs, Gabriel Orozco, Eduardo Abarca, Carlos Amorales, among others, who have produced work since the 90’s and still do to this date.

The gallery of the Jumex Collection is a place of exhibition with more than 1400 m2 and is located within a factory in the industrial area of Ecatepec. This place also has an archive and a library with more than 6200 available titles as well as 350 files about contemporary Mexican and foreign artists.

The exhibitions that take place in this enclosure are constantly renewed and also include several activities of artistic development like conferences, courses, workshops and a scholarship programme.
