“What an experience! We rode on forest trails through a park and had an amazing lunch at a family restaurant. Our guide Luis picked us up, got us tamales and tyalocos for breakfast and took super good care of us. The master churro (Orellia) was a ham! Good guys, good horses, great food. My only issues were that I expected more of an open mountain ride (as seen in pictures from other horse tours in the area), whereas this was on trails through the woods. I would also say that the terrain was much more gnarly than I expected for new horseback riders. But the horses handled everything well and…”
