Could have more traditional food options besides mini tacos. Our boat guide- Viri was fun and kept us entertained the whole time. The only con is I had contacted the tour company a week beforehand to see if they could put up a birthday sign on the boat somewhere — I was told yes but not guaranteed as our boat was shared by other people too— but they would do something still. Well— the boat only had us 8 on board —…”

“On the first day we visited Teotihuacán, the Plaza of 3 Cultures and the Basilica. Our guide Salvador was so knowledgeable and professional. It made the experience very enjoyable. The second day we went to Xochimilco, Coyoacán and Frida’s house. Héctor and Mario were excellent guides. However on both days there were stops at retailers that took up time that could have been spent at the destinations where we actually wanted to go. I don’t want to be forced to participate in a presentation that feels like we are just being targeted to make a purchase.”

“I gave it a 4 stars because there are a few things I could have done better. Tour started at 9 but between moving us and collecting all the tour people we ended up heading to xochimilco at 11:15 am or so. We know it’s not the tour guides fault as he “Sergio” was very very nice and knew what he was talking about when he gave us the facts and tips about the city. But spending 1 hour at a silver shop was not part of the tour. I was ok but my very American husband was annoyed by the wasted two hours. Once we arrived at xochimilco OMG…”
