“First, i would have given a rating of 5 had the subcontracted company Azteca Tours (lacked technology for finding our hotel) Emmanuel kept to the agreement of sending a driver & guide whom was completely versed in English (Antonio tried very hard however, his English was limited so the expectations or direction lacked for some preparation); a vehicle that was safe (working seatbelts), did not smell like cigarettes, & that was comfortable for a windy, hilly road, 4hr trip both ways for a day totaling a 14hr day. We did relay our disappointments Emmanuel responded with no solutions.”
