“This trip is well organized. Those three spots are what we wanted to visit. They are unforgettable! The tour guide is energetic and friendly, but he speaks English with strong accent and also too fast, which is hard to understand. The worst part is lunch time. It’s 3:25pm at the end of tour. We wish we could bring some snacks because we were all starving and didn’t have enough energy to climb the pyramid.”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR! I reached out before the 24 hour deadline per their policy in order to cancel because both of my parents were sick with food poisoning and could not make it. I never heard back. I reached out again, asking if I could reschedule the tour for my parents for another time when they were feeling better as an alternate option. I still received no response. Then I went to the location of the pick up in order to talk to somebody, but nobody had the authority to rebook my parents or issue a refund. After following up after the activity to check on the…”

The ballon ride was well worth it and so worth doing.”

“The hot-air balloon flight was amazing! I went solo, but made a couple of friends. The flight was smooth, and the view was phenomenal. The pilot was funny and engaging. He made the whole trip joyful. You can choose either visit the pyramid or go back to Mexico City directly after lunch. The lunch served was nice. Lots of choices, along with great refreshment. There was a mariachi band. The pyramid visit was nice, but the weather was hot in December. Please make sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen! The tour guide tried to sell more tourist attraction visits, but I wasn't interested. The archeological sites were amazing. I…”

“My sister and I did this private Teotihuacan tour and it was one of the best choices we made in Mexico City. The private pickup made everything easy, and the early departure really helped us avoid the worst of the traffic and crowds. Our guide, Aldo, truly brought the site to life. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and shared clear, interesting context as we walked through the major areas, including the Pyramid of the Moon, Pyramid of the Sun, and the Temple of the Feathered Serpent. He was also genuinely flexible and worked with us the whole time. We were both recovering from hip surgery, and while we could walk, he kept…”

Review of a private Mexico City tour to Tlatelolco, Guadalupe Shrine, and Teotihuacan, with door-to-door service, guides, lunch, and value tips.

“We had a great adventure with our guide Roberto and driver Danielo. We did the special sites, the Teotihuacan/Aztec ruins, a much more comprehensive tour than the same type of tour we had in February of this year. All areas were covered. Roberto really knew the subject. The grand Basilica of Mary of Guadalupe was especially good as Roberto discussed details I had not heard before. And--as an added extra--Roberto took on a ride of one of the Mexicables, the city's sky trams. That was exciting, and totally unexpected! Best tour team in Mexico, Danielo our driver was safe, thoughtful and helpful .Highly recommended!”
