“This trip is well organized. Those three spots are what we wanted to visit. They are unforgettable! The tour guide is energetic and friendly, but he speaks English with strong accent and also too fast, which is hard to understand. The worst part is lunch time. It’s 3:25pm at the end of tour. We wish we could bring some snacks because we were all starving and didn’t have enough energy to climb the pyramid.”

“We had a great adventure with our guide Roberto and driver Danielo. We did the special sites, the Teotihuacan/Aztec ruins, a much more comprehensive tour than the same type of tour we had in February of this year. All areas were covered. Roberto really knew the subject. The grand Basilica of Mary of Guadalupe was especially good as Roberto discussed details I had not heard before. And--as an added extra--Roberto took on a ride of one of the Mexicables, the city's sky trams. That was exciting, and totally unexpected! Best tour team in Mexico, Danielo our driver was safe, thoughtful and helpful .Highly recommended!”

“First we stopped at Tlatelolco Plaza. A very short stop. Not sure why this is on the tour. Next we drove to the Teotihuacan Pyramids. A sea of people. It was the peak time of the year (right after Dia de Muertos). Still cool though. We spent a couple of hours here, most of that time without the guide (at his suggestion). After that we went to a restaurant. It was a joke. They didn't have menus. Barely anything was available to eat. Then they tried to overcharge me for the food we did get. To be fair, the guide did explain afterward that the restaurants in this area are…”

“I had an unforgettable experience with Mexico Tours! Our day started at the Basilica de Guadalupe, where we explored the beautiful grounds, visited the gift shop, and saw the shroud of Juan Diego—a truly spiritual moment. From there, we headed to Teotihuacán, which was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights was enjoying a delicious rooftop lunch overlooking the Pyramid of the Sun. The preset menu had both vegetarian and meat options, and everything was full of flavor and thoughtfully prepared. In the same area, we had the opportunity to meet local obsidian artisans and silversmiths, who shared their incredible work and knowledge with us. We even got to try pulque…”

“On the first day we visited Teotihuacán, the Plaza of 3 Cultures and the Basilica. Our guide Salvador was so knowledgeable and professional. It made the experience very enjoyable. The second day we went to Xochimilco, Coyoacán and Frida’s house. Héctor and Mario were excellent guides. However on both days there were stops at retailers that took up time that could have been spent at the destinations where we actually wanted to go. I don’t want to be forced to participate in a presentation that feels like we are just being targeted to make a purchase.”

Review of a Teotihuacan hot-air balloon tour with breakfast, wine toast, pyramid visit, obsidian workshop, tequila tasting, and Guadalupe Shrine.

“The Guide David was a BIG Disappointment. Not engaged & uninterested in the group and giving any information. Was just mumbling away. At the Basilica, he made us literally charge after him for 10 mins and gave us a birds eys view and then disappeared. The sites are good - the balloon ride is a great experience and the pyramids are wonderful and the Basilica is healing. They waste a lot of time at the souveniour shop and brunch. And finally we reached the Pyramids at noon when it is very hot. Viator co-ordinator was not interested in the feedback we sent. They replied " inform the operator". So basically,…”
