Viator actually responded fast and friendly This tour was my worst travel experience for last 20 years, the Tour Opertor-Aimgo did not carried out the Volcano hiking at all due to the closure of the Volcano parking, but we were not given any refund from this tour company and even no respond to our direct feed back. 1st, The tour company should know the open or closure status, so that we do not need to travel there in a busy small van which waste our whole day and money, we were informed only after we arrived there. 2nd, the entire arrangement…”
